Broadband (Internet) service providers

I just checked with T-Mobile and broadband through them will be almost half of what we pay for Comcast! I'm switching!

Comcast is currently about $100/month for 30Mbs cable broadband while T-Mobile is $60/month for 500Mbs fiber broadband. Far greater speeds for a lot less money!

T-Mobile only recently started offering broadband in my area. Finally... no more Comcast. They're a piece of %$#@! company.

I have a 1 GB plan with Brightspeed Fiber for $59 a month total. No fees or taxes added on ... 1 GB Fiber $59
Had it for almost a year now. No outages and no need for customer service or repair techs.

Brightspeed doesn't have an email server like some other providers, so I use gmail.
They also don't have a TV package available. That's okay with me. I'm a cord cutter.
I stream everything flawlessly with the 1 GB plan and have an antenna on the roof for local broadcast.

I have Spectrum, included in my rent, Consumer Cellular picks up when I’m away from home.

I made do with Consumer Cellular and the occasional free Wi-Fi available through local merchants for years.

I remember hanging out in the local Wegman’s when I needed to do a software update on my phone.

Having usage based pricing through Consumer Cellular was actually a good thing for me, it caused me to limit my mindless scrolling and got me to focus more on daily chores and activities.
