Brutal Crime From Chicago Posted Live On Facebook, NO One Called Police

Another crime posted live on facebook from Chicago. The rape of a 15 year old girl was posted live on facebook, viewed by 40 people and not one called the police. Early this year the assault/torture of a disabled man was posted on the internet.

This is not too surprising....given that parts of Chicago, and many of our inner cities...are zones of anarchy, where the First Rule is "No Snitching". The drug and street gangs are the Supreme Authorities in these areas, and hold millions of the inner city residents hostage by threats of force and retaliation.
