Best of luck to survivors

Wow...I missed that story. I didn't see it in my news feeds yesterday. This was a sad, tragic event. May the victims RIP and may their families find solace.

This past week has seen some severe weather related events in many parts of the country...and even the globe. Parts of California continue to be receiving huge amounts of rain and snow, and floods. The deep South has had several tornadoes which have destroyed hundreds of homes, and killed 18 people. Earthquakes in the Far East have created havoc, and killed dozens. This last half of January is taking a toll all over the globe.

At least 9 killed in tornadoes this weekend. They storms were still kicking up surf around San Diego. And there was an 8.0 earthquake in/near New Guinea. No matter how minute one should learn or work on the smallest of physical survival skills including scouting locations like a basement to duck a tornado.

Best Wishes To All Survivors
