Thanks, great vintage footage... Buddy was only 22 hen he died in 1959... I think this video said it was taken in 1958.. so he would have been 21 then... he'll always be recognisable because he neve grew to be old..

Not sure it's true, but reportedly the Beetles came up with their name because they loved Buddy Holly's music, and his band "The Crickets".
