Stagecoach, who run a lot of buses in south east Wales ,have announced that from Monday all forward facing seats on their buses can be used at busy times ‘so you may have someone sitting next to you’
I am delighted, with all attempts to maintain social distancing on trains having been abandoned long ago.Now there is no danger of being left at the bus stop( fifty seater buses have had a maximum loading of 19).
And no,two metre social distancing has not been officially abandoned in Wales but it is a reflection of the reality that folk are not taking any notice of it!
update.....apparently all bus companies in Wales are doing this with government approval but a Stagecoach tweet made it sound like it was just them!
