In the photo, is my Spiriva refill PKG. It hold 30 capsules and I load one a day. This was a recent refill for capsules only. But I got the whole spread again. New inhaler and capsules. (Still useful one to the left, new to the right)

So why are they doing this if not to make more money? And can I get capsules only?

Thanks, I can see their point, but feel it's a tad questionable. Still out with old in with new (Gasp!Wheeze!)
Considering the amount of waste every clinic and hospital has every day - gloves, masks, those paper gowns and bloomers, probe sheaths, giant rolls of exam table paper, syringe needles and barrels, oxygen tubing, and a thousand other bio-hazardous items - your delivery apparatus is like a drop of rain in the ocean.

Damn it, I was feeling so righteous about my carbon footprint, you had to sic "reality" on my smugness. 🤪🤪
