Can someone translate this?

I was on the forum earlier today, and suddenly the browser froze. All I could do was shut the computer down, and as I was doing so a message said "Breakpoint has been reached." This has occurred a number of times on this and previous computers, so I was wondering what it meant. It doesn't mean the computer is getting ready to fizzle out, does it?

Hi Janice, I don't know if C'est Moi gave you a good fix, the
windowsclub wouldn't let me in because I have adblocker.

But here is a YouTube video about how to fix it, I have never
had this problem yet, so I can't really comment, if this doesn't
