Can you sit still when you're listening to a song with a good beat?

I can't! I like to listen to music while I'm at my computer. If it has a good beat, I am always moving from my waist up to the beat! I just can't sit still! How about you?

Guilty as well! All my sons are the same, we made it a family tradition to sing together and tap to the music in the car
to make trips more pleasurable.

Well, understand what the OP more narrowly casually meant, that was a bit too widely posed.

So sure Yes, I can remain still. Am in complete control of whether I decide to move to music or not. Some music like Disco, Thug Rap, ad ear worms, and or music with lyrics I disagree with, may at times have a "good beat", but if I decide to not enjoy or move to whatever, that is just a matter of choice. I'll dance or move to what I choose to, so as not to contaminate and pollute my brain neural plasticity memories with what I choose not to.

I can't sit still if I like the music. In fact, I get so distracted by lyrics, I can't have any music with words on when I do anything mental at all, like reading, writing, computer stuff etc.
