Canadian members: how can we watch ABC News Live 24/7 streaming network?

At least a couple friends want to watch the American presidential debate on Sept 10, evening. They've asked me if I know how to get ABC News Live 24/7... which is a streaming network I know nothing about (though I've heard of the ordinary ABC network). In our home we subscribe to ShawDirect satellite-TV service, but I don't know if I can get a streaming network through Shaw.

So, though a few of our friends might like to gather at our place or someone else's if we can tune into the debate, I've got no idea how we can access that streaming service. Can anyone tell me?

If you have the standard Canadian Shaw TV service in your home, you can watch ANY OF THE US NETWORKS for this event. Trust me it will be covered "wall to wall " by all of them. If you can get NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN , or CBC or CTV, you are good. If in doubt CALL SHAW customer service to confirm what I just wrote.

For us Canadians, who cannot vote in a U.S. election, the interest of my friends and myself is only a matter of natural curiosity. Call it curiosity or entertainment or education. A day later after I posted my question, it seems simpler than I thought at first. I guess we don't need a special subscription, and we can watch online at https://abcnews.go.com/Live

I suggest that we Canadians have a serious interest in what happens in American politics. What they do ALL WAYS EFFECTS US in either a positive, or a negative way. JIM>
