Can't post an ad to a local classified magazine

I can log in (I have an account with them), but it's been a while since I used their service and they've revamped their Website. When I try to post an ad, there's no area shown where to put a description of the item. I can post a price and post photos, but no place to give details. I called and was told because I have an old computer running an old OS. I now need at least Windows 10 to have a fully functioning access. What can't they make it Windows 7 compatible?

After years of anticipation, today officially marks the end of Windows 7 and 8/8.1, Microsoft has confirmed. The aged operating systems will no longer receive Microsoft security updates from today, January 10, 2023, marking the end of their official lifespan.

Not likely many still use win 7. You could offer to foot the cost of programming that site for your need. Or to pay for you to get a new windows 10 if the ability to program into their system isn't possible.
