We humans are capable of brilliant, incisive thoughts and
Also vunerable to "the oldest trick in the book".

Ever?🤔

Of course, probably over-paid...for more than one thing. 😢

Yes, we humans are both, at times. Brilliant/Capable/Amazing;
and/or gullible.
We don't always guess wisely or correctly.

But, what are you getting at, Jace?:)

Nothing...just a general question...as others have posted some obscure topics!

Que?
You've been watching too much Fawlty towers. Manuel, he's from Barcelona, don't you know?
are you the only person on the forum who doesn't know I have a second home in Spain and lived and worked there full time for 10 years until relatively recently ? :D..still got my house... and my daughter has just sold hers 10 months ago in a different part of Spain where she had her own business

Not only am I that person, but I don't speak Spanish either. (No hablo Espanol.) However, I can still get by, that's because, Catholic boy that I am, or was, I learned Latin at school.

Spain is renowned for Bull fights and Tango. Bulls scare me witless, but Tango..................
there are rarely any bull fights now. The Bullrings are still standing, and you can visit them, they are all beautiul arenas, but even most of the Spanish are against La Corido de toros now... not that it doesn't exist any more, but it's lost it's appeal for most Spaniards, thank God...

Drat, I saved for ages for this toreador outfit too, and I combed my hair.

Okay, Jace! Thanks for your reply. I thought perhaps I was missing some additional significant meaning, or that there might have been a more specific question you'd hoped for input,
but it's definitely true, that our topics can be obscure! :giggle::LOL::love:
