Did you know Castor Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar are noninflammatory solutions for bone and joint pain? I have hip bursitis and back pain I apply Castor oil and apple cider vinegar that gives me temporary relief. I believe the bursitis is related to broken left foot injury as a kid.

Age is a paradox.

I think castor oil was a type of punishment administered by authority figures of my day

Have tired both with no satisfactory results. Maybe I should try mixing them . . . yuk...
I'm sorry, just can't trust the internet. However, I know for a fact that Cat's Claw powder is inflammatory. 1 lb arrived today, add spoonful to boiling water, not very tasty but relieves bursitis

Thinking overnight about your response that castor oil and apple cider vinegar did not work for you.
Perhaps either / or both applications are given ample time to work. The other thought I had is to reapply either one or both applications after 45 mins to an hour and see you if notice any difference.

Personally I applied the apple cider vinegar and castor oil together and noticed a difference right away.

If joints and bones are exceedingly inflamed I suggest seeing a doctor. If you are taking medication for inflammation talk to a doctor about using apple cider vinegar and/or castor oil as topical rubs.
