YES these people as in rescue for human lives. They have stations all over theUSA, and don't go getting all squirrely on me because I phrased it that way. I AM on of them as I am A Jew and a paramedic.
Don't start anything that was not meant to be started.
 
Not that I care but you made 3 mistakes

1. You are not a level 4 paramedic. At best you are an EMT or AMT.

2. It is "one" not "on" Try using spellcheck.

3. Hatzolah is global
