Changing home / startup page ?

If I'm using the wrong terminology for things bear with me.

When I purchased and had this computer setup (April 2023) I told the gent that I wanted Firefox as my browser but when I turn the computer on and it boots up and I'm on my desktop I want to be able to click on the Firefox icon and have CNN news come up and it always has but now I want to change it to having something else come up, while retaining Firefox, and I don't have a clue on how to do it.

Google searches haven't helped....how do I do it ?

Open Firefox
Go to the CNN page/tab and close any other open pages/tabs.
Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top right of the page
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Home" (it's on the left side)
Look for "Home page and new windows"
Click on "use current pages" (this should have CNN as the only listing in this box if that's the only page you want to open when you open Firefox)
Close settings
Close Firefox and then reopen it to verify results.

That should do it. (mine is set to Yahoo.com, you need yours to say CNN.com here)

Follow the instructions but substitute yahoo for CNN when you get to use current pages if you want it to open to yahoo.
