Check this medication if you are on this.

Good to know in case my doctor tries to put me on something 👍👍

He once told me the blood test results of my cholesterol showed that it was very high and he wanted me on medication. I went on 3000 MG fish oil daily instead and what do you know my cholesterol came down to the normal range. so much for the meds🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️

It’s a shame we can’t trust anything that we’re given.

I’m glad in that regard, I’m exceptionally healthy. I walk with a cane and I struggle to get my barn chores done but I did that damage to myself.

My mother took different statin drugs starting around age 40 through the rest of her life. In her later years, Lipitor was one of them. There was no generic equivalent at that time. She developed Alzheimer's in her late 70s and lived 7 more years. Her official cause of death was sepsis, not Alzheimer's.

While most studies suggest that statins may offer some protection against dementia, or Alzheimer's specifically, there are other studies suggesting the opposite may be true.

I would have no way to support any opinion on what, if anything, contributed to my mother developing Alzheimer's, but I always wondered if long term use of those drugs may have played a role in it.
