Chinese Communist Party Building 90 More Bio Labs Like Wuhan

That is what it says in this World Tribune article:

As evidence mounts that Covid-19 escaped from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) announced it is constructing more than 90 additional bio labs. The CCP’s Ministry of Science and Technology announced this week that the country is constructing three additional biosafety level-4 labs and 88 biosafety level-3 labs.​

In a Feb. 23 op-ed for the Wall Street Journal, former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and his former principal China policy adviser Miles Yu noted that “the Chinese Communist Party is obsessed with viruses. Its army of scientists claim to have discovered almost 2,000 new viruses in a little over a decade. It took the past 200 years for the rest of the world to discover that many. More troubling is the party’s negligence on biosafety. The costs and the risk to world health are enormous, as evidenced by a novel coronavirus that escaped Wuhan. This situation can’t continue. The world must hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable and punish Beijing if it fails to uphold global biosafety standards, including basic transparency requirements.”​

Now why would the CCP need that many labs?
 

The entire World needs to unite and demand the full truth from the Chinese government. This virus has killed millions...all over the world...and until the Chinese government is held accountable, there is no telling what kind of madness they will unleash next.
 
That's a lot of resources including trained and diligent personel. Sooner or later they'll expand too fast or too much like the old Soviet Union that went broke trying to keep up or stay ahead during the cold war.

Not sure why anyone thinks this kind of behavior is limited to the Chinese. Betting plenty of other countries are involved in similar research, including the US, Middle Eastern countries, Russia, N. Korea, various religious zealots, and more.

There are plenty of ugly games afoot. For instance, Russia is playing with target sonic waves that scramble people's brains - permanently.

Agree that China should be held accountable for unleashing this virus, but have no idea what that will look like and whether it will happen.

Other countries being pretty sure China's Wuhan Lab was the source, proving it, and getting compensated for the damage unleashed are three different things.

Not sure why China? Perhaps because they have the most money, most people, biggest army and are in an expansions mode. Is that enough for you?
 
I don't understand why ANY country would be trying to research/create infectious diseases....unless they plan to use the results as a military weapon. Is this the New Nuclear Warfare???

That's exactly what they planned to do with it. The future of warfare is not aircraft dropping bombs on targets or armies shooting eachother for a few miles of territory. It's this.

This was likely research into how corona viruses work and mutate. Unfortunately, it seems the lab was sloppy. They didn't follow safety protocols or take proper precautions and the virus escaped, infecting lab workers and then the larger population.

There's increasing amounts of circumstantial evidence that Covid-19 first came from that Wuhan lab, but outside of conspiracy theorists, I've seen no discussion of this pandemic being deliberate.

I agree it wasn't deliberate, it was an accident. Biowarfare can certainly be a reality but until it can be used as a targeted agent only to the country or countries intended without harm to their own country only a deranged leader or individual working within said lab would use it.
