Choosing Solo Living - new Senior Forums group

I've chosen to be single through a divorce. I love to travel and I am finding new travel partners. My first cruise cabin mate was a man. It was platonic, but did not work out for future travel. I've since taken 2 cruises with a woman I met on a Christmas 2016 cruise. We got along well and I hope we can cruise again soon. It seems to work well if you can be flexible. We both enjoy the dining room at dinner so we met for that everyday. We found ourselves having breakfast together too on our second cruise. Lunch was usually solo. We attended the singles group on board meetings but not consistently. You have to be able to see to your own needs and clean up after yourself.
