Christmas Ad with Mog the Cat

Sainsbury's is one of our biggest supermarket stores... I like that ad ...but my favourite this year is this very expensively made ( apparently ÂŁ7 million, perhaps they really did go to the moon LOL) of one of our biggest department stores John lewis


 

My tea almost shot out my nose...three of our cats look like Mog...can see them spinning on the fan...but what a wonderful heartwarming commercial, thank you!
 
My heartfelt thanks to SeaBreeze and Hollydolly for posting these videos. They are both magical and amazing....Mog is adorable and Man on the Moon..well..made me tear up like crazy but what a beautiful message in both videos. Here is the heart of the season.
 
The votes in the Uk are split with the man in the moon Christmas advert here in the UK, fur...( John lewis ) always do beautiful ads every Christmas..but this one has the country's opinions split.

People trying to infer something seedy about a little girl and an old man able to look directly into her home...others' seeing it how I see it, and that is, not to forget that there are old and lonely people out there and at Christmas time when everyone is caught up with their own families at Christmas, to many old and lonely people they may well feel as though they are living and all but forgotten on another planet.
 
First time I have seen the John Lewis ad, and yesterday was the first time I had seen the Sainburys one. I confess I was in tears at the end of both of them. As someone who has spent every Christmas since 2004--bar one--on my own--they really got to me. Quite frankly, I am dreading this Christmas like never before.

If you have family to see or visit over Christmas, count your blessings.
