This is an old recipe that we used to make at Christmas every year.
It's a long one and I copied it to two pages because I enlarged it to make it more readable.
It seems more complicated than it is. Just follow step by step.
It is really a delicious dessert and not that expensive to make.
It's nice for a sit down dinner with friends and family.
