I'm 88 years old and have very bad arthritis. It used to cause unbearable pain and impairment of walking for me with pain in both arms and legs and hands and feet. However, after I started playing the video game, Civilization VI, from Steam.com about 6 years ago all my pain disappeared. I play it for 2 hours before going to sleep every night. Then I can get a good night's sleep without any pain. My doctor was going to put me on Morphine but Civilization VI has made that totally unnecessary. Distraction from the game totally eradicates the pain.
