Classic British TV

ROFLMAO!

I'm a big fan of all BBC television programming!

One of my all-time BBC Comedy favourites was, Are You Being Served. I watched that show faithfully... religiously.

Midsomer Murders - the original version with John Nettles, even though I couldn't stomach his acting on MM, was a longstanding favourite weekly watch of mine. Never missed an episode.

I can't get BBC here in Canada it seems :( unless someone knows something I don't on how to go about getting it.

I used to watch Fresh Fields many years ago and loved it, and of course Mrs. Browns Boys was always a go to anytime it was on.

Hmmm... we cut our cable some time ago, but if I'm not mistaken, our cable provider at the time offered a BBC channel at the time.

Check into it, Lee.

Yes, Mrs. Brown's Boy's, Allo - Allo, Upstairs, Downstairs, Keeping up Appearances... and a few more that I have now forgotten. :)

Aunt Marg, I did just check and the channel they list online for Bell Fibe is not available, does not even show up. I think all we get with Fibe is BBC News but am going to look into it further. Seems I have all the garbage channels though, figures

What a shame, Lee.

Your reply exemplifies why we cut the cable in our home, seldom anything worth watching, matched with an absurd bill amount each month.

Always worth checking you tube for old stuff. With a VPN that puts you in Britain you could be able to get the iPlayer

I stream endless British programs through the internet. Not everyone likes to do this though.
