I thought it was Dick Van Dyke at first.....

he doesn't seem to have lost much height in his old age...

Clint Eastwood is truly an icon.

I remember several years ago buying the Creature from the Black Lagoon 3-movie set & seeing him in an uncredited role in the second movie. My husband said it must have been one of his first jobs & it was.

I'm not sure I can pick out a favorite movie since he was played so many different roles over the years. It was his Spaghetti Westerns that made him a star IMO. Also, he has directed some great movies too.

I think that Clint Eastwood’s persona as the independent, free-thinking loner who eschews institutions and the collective mentality always appealed to me. “Dirty Harry” was a guilty pleasure to me…

In his westerns, he was an angry, squinting god, even as “The Spirit of the West” in the cartoon “Rango…”

I met Clint Eastwood and Jack Nicklaus back in about 1991 at Pebble Beach Golf Course. There was a major tournament being held and I just so happen to get tickets from another pilot who couldn’t make it. I was only able to go one day. I also saw “The Shark” or
Greg Norman.

I think I’ve seen every movie he was in, but not every movie he directed or produced, like “Mystic River.”
