countries who do change their time, at Spring
and Autumn, not all do it on the same day, at
the moment the Eastern time in America is now
6 hours behind us, it doesn't bother me, but it
must do something to businesses, who need to
speak to each other, both in America and all
other countries, who are still waiting till the
last Saturday in March, is it only North America
and Canada, or are others doing it too?
