Clones and Cloning.

It all started many years ago with a sheep in Edinburgh,
now-a-days people have had dogs and cats cloned, then
we heard a couple of weeks ago that a monkey had been
cloned and that soon it will be a human being that is cloned.

This got me thinking, as I understand, the clone will according
to the name be an exact replica of the original, will that only
be the looks, or will the personality also show through, there
is a lot more to think of:

Will the cloned Human arrive with all the knowledge of the
original, or will it just be an empty vessel and have to be
trained throughout life, just as we were.

What about a soul?

How will a clone get a soul, will the soul of the original jump in
when it sees what is happening, maybe souls are all hanging
around looking for the start of a new life no matter how it happens.

There you are a puzzle for you all to ponder over.

I am not "Losing It", just curious.

Mike.

I see a clone as an identical twin with a soul, unique personality, learned behavior, etc...

I do wonder about the overall quality of clones, sort of like the fuzzy copies of an original after it has been copied over and over.

I hope that I don't live long enough to find out!

If you are a cloner, then please don't clone me, there's enough chaos in the world.

In an overpopulated world you have to wonder why they want to add more un-natural human beings to it. Besides, adding to the population the natural way seems a lot more fun....just sayin
