Close Proximity Between Hurricanes Laura And Delta

Within a period of less than six weeks the eyes of hurricanes Laura and Delta landed within less than 15 miles of each other. So that means all the power outages and refuse and repair work from Laura is a waste so they have to start over. Imagine the depression on some folks. If Delta would have come ashore as a Cat 4 or 5 it would have thrown all the wreckage from Laura still lying about all over the coastal and inland areas. It's bad enough living in Houston but I would have moved from Louisiana decades ago.
 

Several news channels I watch said an actual 12 miles. I moved from there many years ago and Houston is scary enough for me. Have a sister that still lives there and they needed some rain and got hardly any. She was hoping for a couple of inches.
