A college football player for USC filed for unemployment and was approved. It drew the attention of federal agents for the department of labor. He was then suspended by the college. Feds think someone was advising players and/or students to file for unemployment. Some college students are eligible but not many. Apparently the state system misses a lot of ineligible students.
