What are your go to foods for fall? It's chilly and rainy today so I am thinking something warm and comforting.
My favorite is Gruyere. It melts nicely and tastes so good. But I've used cheddar, too.@RadishRose, I had to look up baked cauliflower au gratin, it sounded good! I found a lot of recipes. What kind of cheese do you use?

I just realized that's what I've been getting at Trader Joe's. Love that stuff!Yesterday, I made 4 servings of Chicken Tikka Masala and about 5 of Ham and Pea soup w/ veg. Have portions in freezer. Had the chicken for supper last night and brunch today.

Do they have already pre-made sauce packets? I think they do...
