Container Grown Food

Growing in containers can be easy and can also be done both indoors and outside or in a greenhouse.

Here is one of our cabbages we grew a few years ago. it was good, had a real cabbage taste. No bitter after taste like all store cabbage has.
Not that much work either. Especially if you can get somebody to help you set it up or just do it as you can.

MeAgain, did you use special lights to grow the cabbage inside? I always started my tomatoes indoors but never actually grew veggies inside to the pint of being able to eat them.

Hi Ruth,

My post was not clear, sorry. No the cabbage wasn't grown in a container under grow lights it was grown in greenhouse in sunlight.
We do have grow lights but never really tried them that much. Some even use florescent lights to grow plants, we have both but since we built greenhouse we use that in winter instead.
We took this fall off. So will start seeds in mid Feb. 2919 for G=H.
