not sure if I posted this already if so apologizes but I have purchased a new pair of head phones that I can use with a linking cord from them to tv - but I do move around the rooms often and would prefer cordless. My two tv's are quite ancient and definitely not bluetube; but I have been told/or read or dreamt that I can buy a gadget to plug into the tv and convert it to bluetube - sounds farciful to me?? anyone help?

yes thanks for that its like a maze these days - I think I may have purchased the wrong one Google Chromecast for $A100!!

you not exagerrating - been working on it today but finally gave up - will wait until one of the grandkids arrives!! - if they do

ok back to the future - I was given the wrong gadget and have now opened and tried so can't always take it back - I have a G chromecast with google tv - when I attach it keeps asking me to attached one of those embedding codes you get with covid for ya phone etc. and obviously wants me to go via google in some way - which I do have anyway as a base page. So back to almost the original question sorta :

is there anyway i can use this chromecast gadget to enable me to use walkabout headphones that I already have without having to have the net on and linked up? thanks to everyone and anyone!!
