Heartbreaking.....too close for comfort.

Prayers for all those involved.

I grew up in the tornado belt Seeker, but the devastation shown there is really, really awful! Yes, prayers for all of those who suffered such great loss.

Reminds me of Hurricane Andrew when it struck Homestead, Florida in '92.

My regrets to those who lost everything. A lot of rebuilding to do now, including their life.

Oh Good Lord.. what a horrific scene, it looks like the place has been bombed. Where are all the people going to go..they've lost everything!! I can't even think what kind of horror the survivors are going through now.

Thankfully you're ok seeker, but those poor people...

So glad you managed to avoid devastation Seeker. Those poor families. :(

It never ceases to amaze me how capricious tornadoes are. Most of the homes were completely obliterated, but amidst the devastation, right in the middle of it, there was a random home or two still standing.

Glad you are safe, Seeker .. my heart aches for those whose homes are gone. I cannot imagine what these families must be feeling. Where do they go? How do they start over from scratch?

Absolutely stunning how fast and furious this was. Tragedy.

RIP victims

Condolences to friends and family of the deceased. Speed Recovery to survivors.

Seeker, I'm glad you weren't affected. I've been watching this on the news and my heart goes out to all who have lost loved ones and property. May the ones who didn't survive rest in peace.

In that region of the country tornados often srtrike at night. Imagine being sound asleep then you hear what sounds like a high speed locomotive coming at you but you cannot see it. At least we know I Houston, TX when the hurricanes will hit. The tornado belt is just north of us and the most active are is round the Oklahoma/Kansas area.

I'm glad you are OK Seeker. It's hard to believe how fast a whole neighborhood can be wiped out. I believe a family of 10 were all killed together and its just so hard to imagine the horror of all that. My heart breaks for all those left behind to try and clean up and rebuild.
