Covid-19 isn't just a respiratory disease. It hits the whole body

Yeah, I could've just had this awful virus but was never diagnosed......still wondering if I did, or was it food poisoning or a stomach flu....
guess I'll never know and I dread the thought of getting it again.....dont know if I'd live thru another episode of that brutality, ugh....
