Crispy Tofu

I once had a wonderful dish at a Chinese restaurant in which the tofu was sliced thin and fried so it was nice and crisp, then mixed in with assorted vegetables. I have yet to find anyplace that prepares the tofu like that - usually it comes in large cubes and is soft. I wanted to know if anyone here knows what I should ask for if I want it that way again.

Crispy tofu sounds good to me, sliced extra, extra, thin. Rubbery tofu?

This is the closest picture I can find of what I had. I remember the triangle shaped slices.

Yes, I've had it fried crispy thin like that once, Deb, and I really liked it. I've not seen it fixed that way any place else, though. It IS a lot better that way.
