Are products literally dumped at the point where your driveway meets a public road? I mean, thieves are even ripping-off mdse. that's delivered to your front door.
Are you talking products/items delivered by UPS/Fed Ex?
UPS/Fed Ex/Amazon always leave items on the porch. Have you had any Walmart deliveries dumped at the curb rather than closer to the house?
Nope. our mailbox is about 500 ft. from the house. Anytime we have a package that won't fit into the mailbox, the delivery people...USPS, UPS, FedEX,...always drive up to the house, and place it on the front porch, and ring the doorbell. It doesn't matter who we order from....Walmart, etc...it's up to the delivery people as to Where they leave it.
Maybe Walmart uses a company similar to Dillon's Instacart. They're volunteers that do your shopping and then bring the stuff to the house. I do find the fact that you have to contact them to let them know they need to bring it to the door somewhat disturbing.UPS/Fed Ex/Amazon always leave items on the porch.
A Walmart chat person told me it will be delivered to the front door but an email causes doubts. I never got this kind of email before. “ We'll be sure to send an email when your items have been delivered, so you can bring them inside for safe keeping.” That language makes me nervous. My “curb” is 700’ ft down a steep driveway.
She said that when I receive the shipping email, I may want to call a certain phone no. so that Walmart can advise the carrier to deliver to the front porch. That advice tells me that she’s not certain whether front door delivery policy is followed by all of their carriers.

Same here. They drop mine next to my front porch. When expecting a package I hang a large sign on my security gate, right next to the doorbell: "Please ring doorbell when making deliveries." And they do!
