Cute collectible or ugly dustcatcher?

Did I mention I was trying to sell it? I am not at this point. I just wanted opinions.

I think it'd be a cool knickknack for someone who served in the Navy, or had a close relative who did. Or someone who was into WWII memorabilia.

If it were for sale for a few dollars or less I would be all over it and would give it as one the white elephant Christmas gifts I give. I specifically look for things like this.

A sailor bank.

I used to know a lady who lived in a 1930's terraced house and it was decorated and furnished in the 1930-1950's style. I think your Sailors Bank has a 1940's vibe and would look really good in the home of a collector of things from that period. So, I would say collectible
