If you didn't shop until you dropped over the weekend, and spent all of your cash, finish it up today from the comfort of your home. I'll be buying just my meds online today as I blew a bundle at a Dollar Store and a Wally-World Saturday and Sunday. And remember, every dime you spend helps to keep someone employed...
 

Nice, but, com'on, you can do more. How about a big smart screen TV? :D
 

Why go online... I went shopping at brick and mortar yesterday and dropped a ton of money.. I like to be able to see and touch what I am thinking of purchasing.. For example.. I knew I wanted to get a Teenage Ninja Turtle bike for my 4 year old grandson. However, they come in 12 inch and 16 inch.. and had no idea what size I should get. I might have gotten the 12 inch... until I saw the 16 inch and felt it was perfect for him... and he would be able to use it for 2 or 3 years or more. I don't like making decisions to buy stuff sight unseen.
 
Yesterday (Sunday) I went to JC Pennys and bought a $42 shirt for $27.

I was happy as a clam until I tried to find a short checkout line. I came THIS close
to walking out without the damned shirt.

Next time I'm shopping on weekdays.
 
I found the stores to relatively empty on Saturday and Sunday.. We had no problem with crowds at the checkout.. most times just walked straight up to the register.

Still and all... I much prefer going out to the store and having a good look at what I want to by.. perhaps ask questions... IF that is, a real person is around to assist.
 
Awe, come on......you don't like to be told when you should do something? That's one of the reasons I joined the Navy back in the late 60's. So I could be told when/where and how to do things! LOL

Found a very nice Polo Assoc. long-sleeved shirt at Sears on sale for $21 down from $48. Had never had a Polo Assoc. (polo logo) shirt before. The colors were VIBRANT. Seen it on Sunday afternoon, not sure if I wanted it, but only have two long-sleeved shirts in closet (this is suppose to be "nice/warm Florida", but this time of year it can get fairly cold in the NE part). Anyway, went back later that afternoon and got it. No waiting in lines at all.

One thing I found out quickly, by doing some online research.........there are items that are only sold online. Three dvd movies we wanted were only sold online. We searched our local stores and didn't find any of them. So, ordered them this AM.
