Dam failure in PA…

I think this is disinformation. I live in PA and our county is getting clobbered with rain. We are the worse in the state.

which confirms that the dam did not collapse.

The evacuations were precautionary, and there are truly major water problems in some areas, but actions to mitigate have been happening, and it is not nearly as bad as if the dam broke down.

Social media, once again, spread the inaccurate news, though the situation is truly serious, but not that sort of tragedy.
