Dates, things you enjoy doing on dates, or things you used to enjoy on dates, if in a relationship or married, what things did you like to do?

Walks downtown along Yonge Street were always enjoyable. Often we would stop and have dinner
along the way. Back in the 60's, there were little coffee houses with live folk music. Forest walks, art galleries, museum visits were often part of a date. Some dates were concerts to see a musician, concert or play, with
dinner beforehand. Those were good days.

I have always enjoyed date nights, or even date days, with my past
relationships, or current companions or those fellas that are special
friends.

There are so many things: relaxed dinner at a small restaurant/cafe.
Nice chat, and I truly mean comfortable and sweet chat. Yeah, I like
that...

I also like walks, with a little easy sightseeing even if locally with a
stop for a bite to eat along the way. Strolls are so wonderful if weather
permits...

just a couple of many :)

I am probably unlike many men. I enjoy dating women that are at least a little sophisticated, intelligent, interesting and enjoy going to the theater or a movie occasionally. I also enjoy being with women that like to do activities like zip lining, ice skating, boating, etc. I also like going on picnics, long walks and having good conversations.

Go to a downtown movie and then to an exceptional ice cream parlor called 'Michels' in downtown Colorado Springs! Very fun and I almost always got a goodnight kiss after those dates...how sweet it was!

Sharing a meal, walking together holding hands, sharing jokes, sharing plans for the future. Hey, even washing dishes is a lot more fun than washing them alone. My wife used to wash and I would dry. I know what I am talking about as I have "been there and done it."

If I still remember . . . Spontaneity! and, really connecting with the man!
I mean, find out what he loves! Why?
Nothing normal or expected. No pretense! Laughing together if it's unconstrained.
My late husband took me to a drug store. We danced up and down the aisle to the terrible piped in music!
We read poetry together. We cleaned out his junk drawer. We threw our clothes in the truck and
headed off to Mexico.
A little madness is good for the soul.

1st. married & in the Navy with $198.00 a month didn't leave a lot to spend so drive in movies were the biggie to enjoy. Later as much as I tried dancing & me just didn't/don't do well. Best described as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest.
Later out of the Navy going to a nice restaurant, seeing a movie or a show on a stage. Sometimes going to horse races would make for a nice day out.

Now it's good food, a day at the spa for my wife then gamboling. Stage shows that are comped are an occasional different date night out. Out of it all, snuggling on the couch watching something on NetFlix or HULU while not dates per se it is really enjoyable.

Nothing planned
Spontaneity is key for me

If travel involved.....pack a small bag
go down the road to....whereever you end up

Around town? Who knows
Take a walk
Step out, step in

No reservations

No money?
No issue
Sit downtown, or in a park
Watch people
Create a story for 'em

Have yet to be disappointed
