Dead birds on Qld beaches.

Jilly and I were discussing some of these being found around here recently too. Mystery solved.

Just nature doing it's thing and culling the old and weak.

DEAD birds are washing up on the shores of Wynnum and Manly. But it isn't pollution, oil spills or climate change that is killing them, it is their epic 10,000km trek from Russia.

The lady next door who works for wires says they are the short tail Mutton Birds that are dying , the one we have here is the long tail so any wonder they died from exhaustion
