If I remember correctly, Dr. Paul interviewed Dr. Fauci several times before congress. I remember seeing Paul on TV interviewing Fauci asking him questions and he spit and sputtered until he finally got some words to come out of his mouth while speaking to Paul and telling the TV audience, "You got it all wrong."
Dr. Paul was also the person who got Dr. Fauci to admit that he used money from the NIH that was donated to them by the U.S. taxpayer to experiment with gain of function or mechanical engineering the disease.
Both doctors have admitted that they don't know everything there is to know about COVID, except that the virus does kill. I think that the biggest issue Dr. Paul has with the vaccine is that it has been attributed to too many deaths for a vaccine that should be doing just the opposite. Me, not being a Virologist or even a doctor for that matter cannot argue for either side.
Even when we check on what the consensus is, we can't get a clear picture of its safety. We are the test monkeys, so unless all of us that have taken the vaccine die, I guess it's safe to say that it's "pretty good" stuff. It just depends on how much of a risk taker you are. I know that with all of the vaccines that have been put onto the market, the COVID vaccine has drawn the most skepticism from its users.
This is why so many doctors say to trust your instincts and go with how you feel about taking the vaccine. It's everyone to their own opinion. The argument probably will never end until one side or the other comes through with clear cut evidence that it is or isn't safe.
