CBS Sunday Morning's cover story today is called State of Denial. I was surprised that they were critical of United Healthcare for denying very expensive claims. A couple who are both doctors had great difficulty navigating the system.
Saw that with UH down here several years ago. Our level II trauma hospital threatened to not accept patients with that coverage any more for their refusing to pay claims.
