Dennys and Waffle House adding a egg surcharge to bill

Ate at a restaurant that didn't have prices at the menu.
Beef is very chewy, full of glue.

Fast foods don't taste the same, texture of food has changed.
Jimmy Johns, I would like a #4. That will be $14 - $6 was a pricy treat.
Big mac and Large fries = $12, doesn't eat the same or Taste.
Don't go to restaurants anymore.

Stake n Shakes, Dairy Queens closed up.
New shopping zones / Fast foods open up now, don't care.

No prices on menu, can't afford to have customers. my rules
Day after New Years, City took down its lighted decorations from park.

Lots of families have food delivered Friday - Sunday. Don't care, I can cook.

I was watching a news piece about this and they included comments from an egg producer that lost over 2 million laying hens to the avian flu.

The thing that surprised me was his comment that the government would reimburse him for the lost birds but not the lost egg production.

I had always assumed that farmers carried insurance against catastrophic loss or just took their chances.

Livestock policies do not cover the production.

That's kinda sad about Denny's. It's still one of my favorites and sadly there's not any close to me, or I would go and wouldn't care.
Agree also like Dennys .

I remember '' back in the day '' the only 24/7 place open was Ihop and how I enjoyed their western omelets with sausage link or patty if one preferred .

I frequent a restaurant once a month for a high school class breakfast and take my own coffee mug because their cups are small and I am a coffee lover. I don’t like having to flag down my waitress and I have requested a coffee carafe, but was told none were available. The waitresses are OK with it, so others have done it also.
