Devilled Eggs Recipes

I'm thinking maybe we ought to get together one day and have a deviled egg cook off......naturally all we'd do is sit under a big shade tree and do the judging.
Of course 'judging' means eating

No losers

Win win

See ya at the big tree

Tater salad contest too

all washed down with a mason jar of sun tea

I'll make the BBQ chikin

You got the ribs

Does anyone else have a plate that’s designed to hold the devilled eggs? I found one at an antique store for my daughter. Not a plastic one, an actual ceramic one. She gets rave reviews for her eggs.

I just use a layer of lettuce to set the eggs on.
Yes, I have my Grandma's egg plate. It holds 18 with space in the middle for extra ones or something else. I also have two others that hold 12 each, but not antique.

I have made deviled eggs forever, and they get gone well before the holiday is over.
I use mayo, dijon mustard, onion powder, pepper, dill weed, and a tsp of horseradish. This for a dozen eggs, garnished with paprika on top!

My son used to make the best deviled eggs I've ever had. He doesn't make them anymore. I don't know what his recipe was. But mine is simple..mayo and a little relish, I added paprika on top after they were made. I probably put a little salt and pepper (haven't made them in a long time either) but I wouldn't now because of my blood pressure.

@Jules, yes I inherited my mothers deviled egg dish. It is white with gold trim.
