yes not only did I know the history of Chop Suey.. and many other 'Chinese or Indian Dishes'' which were in fact invented outside of those respective countries.. ..I've had chop suey many, many times..Chop-suey...is not a native Chinese dish...

Yes, I knew and have eaten it many times. I have cooked various "stir frys" in a wok, but not what anyone would call chop-suey.Chop-suey...is not a native Chinese dish...
