yes not only did I know the history of Chop Suey.. and many other 'Chinese or Indian Dishes'' which were in fact invented outside of those respective countries.. ..I've had chop suey many, many times..

Yes, I knew and have eaten it many times. I have cooked various "stir frys" in a wok, but not what anyone would call chop-suey.
