Diners skip on paying bill and run over waitress

Heard this story on the news this morning. A group of people ate at a restaurant in Anaheim CA and skipped out on their bill. Waitress followed them to the parking lot, tapped on car window. They tried to run her down. Fortunately she’s okay, and the bums were arrested.

Also known as dine & dash. This scam seems to pop up at least once a year. Some think it's funny as it a "free"/stolen meal. The ignorant think since they don't have a physical item in their hand they can get a way with it. Stomach contents say other wise.

I'm so glad these people were caught. So......for the price of a meal they will serve prison time. I suspect this was not the first time they committed a crime.
