@Ronni that looks so delicious but I need some carbs with that. Some rice would be nice.
We’re cutting back on carbs, but yeah, typically I would serve this with rice or quinoa.

Sometimes when there’s leftover noodles I’ll sauté them with garlic and fresh ground pepper, then generously sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes a lovely side, or a light lunch served with a salad.
 
Looks good Ronni. This reminds me, I have a cornish hen I'm going to have to cook today. I'll have some cabbage my DIL made and maybe some instant mashed potatoes. The way I make them (use almond milk and add onion chive cream cheese), they taste like they were made from fresh potatoes.
