Director John Singleton dies at 51

Sad, liked his work including the tv show Snowfall. He will be missed

Another celebrity dies around 50 from a stroke including Luke Perry. Both seemed to lead low profile non eventful personal lives, Maybe some drinking or smoking.

I read that John Singleton had died. It is too young to die one would think but We still have a long way to go medically, when it comes to strokes..

People having strokes that young there is probably extraneous factors wether it be diet, drugs legal and illegal, lifestyle etc. Never heard bad stuff about Singleton yet you knew who he was when you saw his name on the credits.

The only people I personally know having strokes at that age have a crappy lifestyle including drinking/drugging along with bad diet/habits. Also they didn't take daily fitness seriously until their 30s which is plenty of time as an adult to do damage to the body. Singleton and others just didn't have a stroke one day the conditions were probably brewing for years prior along with natural aging.

Damn, I was not aware you were the website psychologist/monitor/deputy sheriff. How do you know I was "compelled" to comment?
