Disappearance of Corrie McKeague

I read an article in the newspaper today,
that claimed he climbed into a dumpster,
but when I checked the net, it is claimed
that he was mugged and thrown into one.
Anyway, both stories say that he died in the
truck, he would if it compacted the rubbish.

I have always wondered about the compacting strength of the hydraulic system in garbage trucks, and whether or not a human being would be able to move out of the way in time to avoid being caught between the two capsules.
