I'm back at the gym now and back on the stairs machine. Not stocking grocery shelves.
My one hour dates with the stairs machine lead to heavy sweating. So I asked ai for a better drink than Gatorade and without the sugars or any fake sugars. Previously I would drink two 20 ounce bottles during my hot date with the stairs machine.
Poured out a couple 20 ounce Gatorade bottles and made the first bottles today.
1/2 teaspoon Mortons Lite Salt as they add potassium chloride, calcium silicate, magnesium carbonate, dextrose, and potassium iodide in with the salt.
One 100 MG capsule of Magnesium Citrate. Takes awhile for the capsule to soften enough to release the good stuff in the water with occasional shaking. The capsule doesn't completely dissolve but is soft enough later to drink down. This is in the vitamin aisle at Walmart.
I add 1 tablespoon of concentrated blueberry juice. Ai says it would offset an expected metallic taste, I couldn't taste it in the mix. Only adds about 4 grams natural sugar to the bottle.
