Hibiscus & Lavender.... Antioxidant Rich & Relaxation - for skin & mind

• Steep the hibiscus and lavender overnight
Use 3 (heaping) tbsp. of each herb in a 1qt. Mason jar; add room temperature water.

• Strain before drinking; add a squeeze of lemon and add sparkling water
for a refreshing red "lemonade".

*Use organic flowers💐 to avoid added ingredients that may be harmful to the body.
