Do Pharmacy closings effect Part D coverage?

With Walgreens and CVS in the USA, both saying they are planning to close lots of their pharmacy locations during 2022,

I have wondered about people who have their Part D coverage specifically from plans tied to those chains.

If there isn't another store of that type nearby, then will those people have a big problem using their Part D coverage?

I am not asking about Medicare Part D in general, (which does transfer to any pharmacy)
or the Part D coverages through major insurance companies or through any managed care or advantage plans.

Just wondering if subscribers who purchase drug coverage from or through, the major pharmacy chains, are badly affected by local closures.

I have tried to google this issue, and have not found any answer to my question.

Are those type of Part D coverages, able to be used outside of their specific stores?
